David Joseph is an accomplished data and analytics professional with extensive experience in political campaigns, organizational strategy, and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at NEA since February 2020, David is responsible for ensuring effective use of member engagement data and overseeing the integration of communication tools with a unified database. Prior to this role, David held positions such as Senior Campaigns & Elections Specialist at NEA, Chief Data Officer at Everytown for Gun Safety, and Director of Data and Targeting at State Voices, among others. David's expertise includes building data departments, developing targeting strategies, and implementing comprehensive data systems to support strategic goals across various organizations. David earned a Bachelor's degree in American History from Indiana University Bloomington.
