Jim Sparks

Jim Sparks is an experienced soccer coach currently serving as the Head Soccer Coach for The Sharks FC since October 2022, where leadership and organization of a 30+ adult men's soccer team resulted in league and playoffs championships in the second season. Additionally, Jim Sparks established a second team, The Sharks FC 2, in July 2024. Alongside coaching, Jim Sparks has been a Senior Production Coordinator at NEA since January 2004, with various roles including Fulfillment Support Technician and Senior Program Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Provider at NRUCFC from 1996 to 2003 and working as a Printing Specialist at XEROX Business Systems. Educational achievements include an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Montgomery College and a certificate in Electronic Imaging Prepress from the same institution, along with coursework at Towson University and other schools. In 2024, Jim Sparks played as a Starting Goalkeeper for Inter Stella, emphasizing a competitive spirit.
