Kathleen Lyons

Kathleen Lyons is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Director of the Northeast Regional Office at the National Education Association since May 2006, previously holding the role of UniServ Manager. Prior experiences include serving as Executive Director at NEA New York from March 2004 to May 2006 and as Manager of Media Relations at NEA from 1994 to 2004. Kathleen Lyons holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Labor History and American Studies from Florida State University, where studies were completed from 1970 to 1975.
