Michael Sanford

Michael Sanford is an experienced human resources professional specializing in benefits, payroll, and HRIS. Currently serving as Senior Manager at NEA since May 2022, Michael leads a team in managing HR programs, including Total Rewards, DEI, and Compensation, while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Benefits at NEA, overseeing retirement and health plans for support staff and labor unions.
