Nancy O'Brien

Nancy O'Brien has extensive experience in government relations and policy advocacy, having held key positions in various organizations since the early 1990s. O'Brien served as Assistant Executive Director for Government Relations at the Association for Career and Technical Education from April 1995 to May 2003 and later held roles as Director of Government Relations and Legislative Associate at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting until 1995. O'Brien continued a successful lobbying career with the National Education Association from June 2003 to October 2013, followed by a position as a Lobbyist with Washington Partners LLC from 2001 to 2002. Since October 2013, O'Brien has served as Senior Policy Specialist at NEA. O'Brien holds a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from The College of William and Mary.
