Shari Collins

Shari Collins, MS, is an experienced professional in workplace culture, education, mentoring, and training, currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for the International Journal for Cross-Disciplinary Subjects in Education at the Infonomics Society. As the Owner and CEO of Shari Collins Consulting since August 2012, Shari has provided services across various industries in both non-profit and for-profit sectors. Additional roles include serving on the Advisory Board of Harvard Business Review and as Diversity Director for the HR Nebraska State Council, as well as contributions to the NEA as a Virtual Blended Learning Facilitator (DEI) and a consultant for MENTOR Nebraska. Shari's prior experience encompasses positions such as Employee Experience and Development Specialist at Nebraska Methodist Health System and Training Specialist at Farm Credit Services of America. Shari holds a Master of Science in Gifted Education/Secondary Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Communication Arts, and Education from Hastings College.
