Susana O'Daniel

Susana O'Daniel is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic partnerships, public affairs, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Federal Partnerships at NEA since July 2021, Susana previously held the role of Director of Public Affairs at the Arkansas Education Association from July 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included developing legislative strategies and implementing communications campaigns. Prior to this, Susana worked as Outreach Director at Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families from June 2010 to July 2014, focusing on advocacy for children's resources and opportunities. Susana holds a Master's degree in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in History and American Studies from the University of Arkansas.
