Joe Casali, AAP, APRP, NCP has extensive experience in the financial industry. From 1989 to present, they have held various roles at NEACH - New England Automated Clearing House Association, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President. In these positions, Joe has been responsible for executing strategic initiatives, advocating for the needs of the membership, and expanding education programs. Joe has played a key role in the development of association and subsidiary systems, as well as the expansion of digital learning programs and certification programs. In 2019, Joe also became a member of the U.S. Faster Payments Council, an industry-led membership organization focused on facilitating a world-class payment system.

Joe Casali, AAP, APRP, NCP has a strong educational background in both Information Technology and Accounting. Joe obtained their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Joe Casali has earned several certifications in the field of payments and financial risk management. Joe obtained the Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification from Nacha in August 2021. Joe also holds the National Check Professional (NCP) certification from the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO), which they earned in January 2013. Furthermore, Joe Casali obtained the AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification from NACHA in January 1994, showcasing their expertise in the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system.

Most recently, they completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme from Esme Learning in January 2023. This additional certification indicates their knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries.
