Maria Stepanova is an experienced expert in energy efficiency, sustainable development, and resource management. Currently serving as an Expert at NEAH: New Energy Advancement Hub since March 2023 and Director at EnergiaVita's Expert Bureau since August 2019, Maria advocates for green economics and sustainable practices through media projects, public speaking, and professional event organization. With a rich history in academia and research dating back to 2009, Maria has conducted numerous lectures and trainings on energy management for various organizations and has participated in several impactful research projects. Additionally, Maria has contributed over 100 articles to professional media and has developed interactive training programs for top regional companies and government agencies. Maria holds a Cand.Sc from Ural State University of Economics and has attained certifications in energy management and auditor performance improvement.
