Business Development Director NEAH Adaptech at NEAH: New Energy Advancement Hub

Yulia Shamis currently serves as the Head of the Strategic Projects Division at Eurasian Development Bank and the Business Development Director for NEAH Adaptech. Prior experience includes leading the Project Office at NovaWind, overseeing the development of a new wind turbine plant and multiple wind projects totaling 780 MW capacity, and implementing alternative energy programs in collaboration with authorities and market players. At RAO Energy System of East/PAO RusHydro, Yulia successfully delivered renewable energy projects in isolated areas of the Far East and developed long-term energy strategies. Previous roles include Project Manager at CJSC “SENRI” and RAO UES of Russia. Yulia holds an MBA from the International University in Moscow and has completed various programs related to sustainability and renewable energy development.
