Kathleen Lane

Kathleen Lane has over 20 years of experience in various management and marketing roles. Kathleen recently worked as a New Home Sales Specialist at Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc., where they consistently met or exceeded sales objectives and achieved a strong network of referrals. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Compass Publications, where they successfully managed operations, implemented public relation and outreach programs, and increased fundraising participation. Kathleen also held the position of Vice President of Management and Marketing at both Sovereign Communities and Edwards Communities Management Company. In these roles, they developed and executed business plans, managed financial performance and budgets, and directed advertising and marketing campaigns.

Kathleen Lane completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Marketing from Bradley University between the years 1980 and 1984. Kathleen pursued further education by enrolling in the Masters Advancement Program at Roosevelt University from 1987 to 1989, focusing on Education. Additionally, Kathleen Lane obtained certification as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate from the State of Florida in 2018.
