MaryAnn Koops

MaryAnn Koops has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. MaryAnn began their career in 1991 as a Sales Associate at Pulte Homes and Pulte Group, Inc. where they worked until 2001. In 2003, they joined Taylor Morrison as an IHC, Sales System Administrator and webmaster, remaining with the company until 2018. Currently, MaryAnn is employed by Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. as an Area Sales Manager.

MaryAnn Koops received a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University from the year 2012 to 2013. MaryAnn also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of South Florida, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001.
