Pat Neal started working for Neal Communities in 1970 and has been the CEO since then. Neal Communities is a highly acclaimed new home builder in Southwest Florida, with over 15,000 new homes built in various communities. During Pat Neal's tenure, the company has received several prestigious awards, including "Builder of the Year" by Professional Builder Magazine and "America's Best Builders" by Builder Magazine. Pat Neal has also served as a Senator in The Florida Senate from 1978 to 1986 and as a State Representative in the Florida House of Representatives from 1974 to 1978.
Pat Neal attended The Wharton School from 1967 to 1970, earning a BS degree in Economics.
