Wendee Burnette has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Wendee began their career as a Sales Representative at Ryan Homes in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Wendee then joined David Weekley Homes as a Senior Sales Consultant from 2005 to 2011. During their time at David Weekley Homes, they gained experience in sales and developed strong customer relationships.
In 2011, Burnette joined Minto Communities Florida as a Senior Sales Professional. Wendee achieved impressive sales results, generating over $22 million in sales within 24 months. Wendee consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and built a wide network of buyers, referrals, and realtors. Burnette also conducted market research and applied industry knowledge to stay updated on prevailing trends and conditions in the sales market.
After leaving Minto Communities Florida, Burnette joined Standard Pacific Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes) as a Sales Representative from 2015 to 2016. Wendee successfully sold and sold out of multiple product lines, including single-family homes, townhomes, and golf villas.
From 2016 to 2018, Burnette worked as a Sales Manager at Taylor Morrison, further honing their sales and leadership skills. In 2019, they joined Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. as a New Homes Sales ARIA/Venice Fl, where they continue to excel in sales.
Wendee Burnette obtained their Real Estate License from three different institutions throughout their education history. In 2000-2001, they attended Hondros College of Business where they pursued their Real Estate License and studied in the field of Real Estate. In 2008, they continued their education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, specializing in Real Estate, and successfully obtained their Real Estate License. Finally, in 2012, they attended ReCampus for the purpose of obtaining another Real Estate License.
