Cristina Demento

Cristina DeMento is a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where Cristina has been a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group since January 2008. Cristina's expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, equity investments, joint ventures, debt and equity restructurings, complex commercial transactions, and corporate governance. Prior to their current role, Cristina served as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell and at Charles River Associates. Cristina holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics from Duke University.
