Emer Simic is a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, specializing in intellectual property law, particularly in pharmaceutical patent litigation, post-grant review, and client counseling. With prior experience as a partner at Green, Griffith & Borg-Breen LLP and a member at Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd., Emer has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
