Althea serves as the Chapter Director for the Houston Hearts of Gold Chapter of The Cure Starts Now Cancer Foundation, a role inspired by the personal mission to raise funds for pediatric brain cancer research, having raised nearly $500,000. Additionally, Althea has a robust background in graphic design, having worked as a freelance designer for the City of Houston and held creative director roles at Lee Creative and other reputable advertising agencies.
