Adriana Ong is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Neami National since February 2013, Adriana focuses on strategic business development and provides operational guidance through the People, Capability and Culture team. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where Adriana was involved in recruitment processes and HR systems management. Additionally, Adriana held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Le Max Group, managing recruitment campaigns and training requirements, and served as an Employer Consultant at VicSuper, handling superannuation accounts. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Victoria University and completed education at Balwyn High School.
