Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global HRIS at Neapco since February 2021, Kristen previously held the position of HRIS Manager at Nilfisk from January 2017 to February 2021 and spent over two decades at Archway Marketing Services advancing through various roles, including HRIS Manager, Payroll Manager, and a range of financial analyst positions. Kristen's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in HR from Walsh College and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Schoolcraft College.
