Dr Lina Efthyvoulou

Dr Lina Efthyvoulou is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience in providing therapy for various mental health issues. Dr Lina holds a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and has worked in a range of settings including the Cyprus National Guard, NHS Primary Care, and Eating Disorder Services. In addition to their therapy work, Dr Lina has also served in HR roles in the banking sector. Dr Efthyvoulou has pursued further education in behavioural activation for depression, CBT for eating disorders, and holds degrees in psychology and mental health.
