Dalia Martínez

Dalia Martínez has been working in the community management field since 2021, when they began their role as Community Manager at EZCORP. Dalia then moved to Near BPO in 2022 to take on the same role. In 2018, they joined ¡Kataplum! as Supervisora de Experiencia del Invitado, where they were responsible for coordinating and delegating tasks for a team of 20 people, delivering induction courses and training, attending to guests, and managing stress and complaints. Dalia also worked as Asistente de Realización at TVUNAM in 2018, where they wrote reviews for social media, managed databases, edited video with Adobe Premier and Avid Media Files, created schedules, received talent, and assisted the director with recordings in and out of TVUNAM.

Dalia Martínez obtained a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la comunicación from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2015 and 2019.
