Dave McManus

Dave McManus is currently the President at Near Field Magnetics. Dave has over 20 years of experience in management and operations, with a focus on product design and improvement. Dave previously served as the Vice President of Operations at Labsphere, Inc., and as the Principal of Alpha Process Consulting. Dave also spent 5 years as the Vice President of Operations at SeaChange International, where they were responsible for the company's manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, purchasing, RMA/logistics, IT, web services, and facilities. Dave has a proven track record of implementing continuous process improvement cultures and has been a member of several Board of Directors.

Dave McManus graduated from Northeastern University with a BSEE in Electromagnetics and Signal Processing. Dave then went on to get their MSEE in Electromagnetics from the same school. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to go back to school to get their MS Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, with a focus in Technological Innovation and Operations Management.
