Jannet Xiao

Jannet Xiao has a diverse work experience. Jannet started their career in 2019 as an Electrical Engineer in Asset Management at TransGrid. In 2020, they worked at Aurecon as an Electrical Engineer in Energy, while also taking on multiple roles at UNSW, including an Engineering Student Ambassador and Electrical Engineering Design Laboratory Demonstrator. In 2021, Jannet worked briefly as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. Jannet then joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022 as a Solutions Architect in Analytics. Additionally, they had a role as a Product Specialist at Neara during the same year. Most recently, in 2023, Jannet started working as a Product Analyst at Neara.

Jannet Xiao completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from UNSW during the period of 2018-2022. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Sydney Girls High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2012 to 2017.

Jannet also has additional certifications, including being an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in February 2023, a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England obtained in October 2020, a Working with Children Check from NSW Office of the Children's Guardian obtained in June 2021, and a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from CPR FirstAid obtained in December 2021.
