Tony Carra

Tony Carra holds an extensive background in software development and infrastructure. As a Sr. Cloud Architect for Nearby Creative, Tony oversees cloud computing strategies, as well as cloud adoption plans, application and design, and management. He’s earned certifications as a VeriSign Certified Administrator and an AppScan Auditor. Tony has mastered many enterprise, programming, and learning computer skills, such as Server OS, Hypervision, Azure, Apache, HTML, JavaScript, CloudFormation, and Kebernetes—all part of his considerable background. Before joining Nearby Creative, Tony worked as an Infrastructure Architect for TeleTracking Inc. He’s also worked for notable organizations, like University of Pittsburgh and MedExpress. While earning his MA from Duquesne University, Tony established Elements Design Group, where he maintained computer networks, administered and maintained all websites housed at Elements Design Group, and designed and developed websites for numerous clients.
