Chris Piercy, PMP®, CSM®, has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Chris is currently serving as the SVP of IT at Nearly Natural. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Director at Night Owl Security Products LLC, where they managed onshore and offshore teams responsible for e-commerce, EDI, CRM, ERP, SCM, WMS, and multi-mode fulfillment operations. At Astellas Pharma US, they served as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration Manager and successfully implemented the system along with integrations with various other platforms. Chris also worked as a Senior Project Manager at New York Life Insurance Company, overseeing e-commerce programs and projects to update infrastructure and improve security. Chris held the position of Information Systems Project Manager at Larson-Juhl, managing critical e-commerce projects and collaborating with internal and external teams. Chris also served as the Director of Technology Solutions at Lighthouse Brand Marketing, where they established and directed a digital marketing department. Additionally, they worked as an E-Commerce & Technology Consultant at Meda Pharma, Chief Information Officer at Luvu Brands Inc, Director of Interactive Media at Concert Communications, and Senior Engineer/Senior Technical Project Manager at En Pointe Technologies. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, system implementation, and infrastructure development.

Chris Piercy, PMP®, CSM®, has a diverse education history. They completed a Bacchalaureate Program in Computer Information Systems at the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Additionally, they completed another Bacchalaureate Program in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Georgia State University. Chris also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Georgia State University Perimeter College. They further pursued their education by completing the Professional Education Program for CSM Certification at the Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on the Agile Alliance ScrumMaster Course.

In addition to their academic achievements, Chris holds several certifications. They obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2018. They also obtained the CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2017. Lastly, Chris obtained the A+ Certified Service Professional certification from CompTIA in May 2000.
