Song Liu

Song Liu is a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Nearmap since November 2018, specializing in advanced computer vision applications. Prior experience includes a role as Computer Vision Engineer at Anditi Pty Limited, where Song contributed to the development of the ACE backend system for geospatial data analysis and participated in various consulting and research projects in collaboration with the Australian National University and the University of Newcastle. Additionally, experience as a Research Fellow and Associate Research Fellow at the University of Wollongong involved leading research initiatives, securing funding, and publishing in prestigious journals. Song holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Qilu University of Technology.
