Heather Littlejohns-Adamson

Heather Littlejohns is an accomplished Business Solutions Executive with extensive experience in global business process outsourcing. Currently serving as a Principal Business Solutions Consultant since June 2007, Heather specializes in operations execution, technology integration, and enhancing customer experience and employee training. Since August 2023, Heather has also been an Adjunct Professor at Lambton College, focusing on international market entry and strategic business planning.
