Carlos Choc

Carlos Choc has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos began their career at Monty Industries S.A. de C.V. in 1999, where they worked as a Software Developer, MIS Operation Support, MIS Networking Administrator, and Technical Support. Carlos then joined 4thSource in 2006, where they held various roles such as Consultant, Team Lead, Technical Project Leader, and Pega Certified Senior System Architect until 2014. Since 2014, Carlos has been working at NearShore Technology, where they have held several positions including Service Delivery Manager, Pega Certified Senior System Architect, .Net Developer, Senior Tech Leader, Senior Delivery Manager, Director of Professional Services, and currently serves as the Sr. Director of Cloud Platforms and Automation. Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated a strong technical expertise in database design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as architectural discussions and proposing enhancements. Carlos is known for their focus on delivering results to customers and ensuring efficient teamwork.

Carlos Choc attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Ti engineering. However, no field of study was specified for their degree. In addition to their formal education, Carlos also obtained certifications in "Gitlab - How to manage a Remote Team" from Cousera in April 2021 and "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC)" from CertiProf in July 2020.
