Bruno Colussi

Bruno Colussi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Bruno started their career as an English Teacher at the Instituto Guatemalteco Americano (IGA) in 2014, where they worked until 2017. Following that, they worked as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at TELUS International from 2017 to 2018. Bruno then joined GoTo in 2018 as a Client Support Operator Tier 1, where they provided customer and technical support for VoIP PBX telephone systems, including troubleshooting and provisioning VoIP phones. Bruno also handled third-party integrations for customers' CRMs and set up S3 buckets with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for call recording. In 2021, Bruno joined PayPal as a Desktop Support Technician, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working at Nearsol as a Security and Compliance Analyst, starting from July 2022.

Bruno Colussi began their education in 2012 at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, where they studied Farmacia. Bruno later attended the Cisco Networking Academy, where they pursued an Associate's degree with a focus in Networking.

In terms of additional certifications, Bruno obtained various certifications in the field of cybersecurity and technology. In February 2020, they became a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in Routing & Switching. In January 2021, Bruno obtained the MTA: Database Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, followed by the MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification in September 2021.

Continuing their professional development, Bruno obtained the Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Entry-Level Technician certification in March 2022. Bruno further enhanced their skills by acquiring the Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification in November 2022. Finally, in July 2023, Bruno successfully obtained the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification from (ISC)².
