Jon Caballero

Jon Caballero is the Administrative Director at Nearsol. Jon has over 18 years of experience in the customer service and call center industry.

Jon was previously the Franchise Owner of Blue Tranquility from March 2016 to November 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Operations at Transcom from October 2009 to February 2016.

Jon started their career in customer service as a QA/Operations Supervisor, QA Analyst, and e-Rep at Peoplesupport Inc from November 2001 to July 2007. Jon then became a Manager for Operations at TeleTech from March 2008 to October 2009 before moving on to Transcom.

Jon Caballero attended the University of Santo Tomas, where they earned their Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design.
