Jim Anderson

Jim Anderson has extensive experience in leadership roles at Nearterm Corporation, serving as President since May 1996 and previously as Vice President of Operations. In these capacities, Jim Anderson has overseen Sales and Recruiting teams for various practices, including Executive Search, Interim Management, and Project Staffing. Additional responsibilities included the development of training programs, procedures manuals, and marketing strategies. Prior to the merger with Nearterm Corporation in 2008, Jim Anderson held the position of Director of Operations at Nearterm / Excel Unlimited Inc., focusing on sales and recruiting processes, training initiatives, and annual business planning and strategies.
