Alexandre Mare

Alexandre Mare is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and client services within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as COO at NEAT Protect since August 2025, Alexandre leads the provision of embedded insurance solutions powered by AI. Prior to this role, Alexandre held the COO position at Arianee, enhancing digital ownership and sustainability through technology. Experience also includes serving as Director of Operations & Services at ARMIS.TECH and as Senior Director of EMEA Client Services at Xandr, where Alexandre managed over 80 professionals. A solid foundation in finance was established during tenure at Societe Generale, progressing from Assistant Trader to Vice President, overseeing exotic trading activities. Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Columbia University and graduated from École Polytechnique.
