Andrew Schaps

Andrew Schaps has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at The Neat Company, which they started in January 2022. Before their current role, they served as the VP of Development from September 2014 to January 2022, where they managed multiple product development teams globally and provided technical oversight and guidance. Prior to that, Andrew was the Director of Development from October 2012 to September 2014 and the Development Manager from June 2011 to October 2012. Andrew started their career at The Neat Company as a Senior Software Engineer in July 2008 and then transitioned into the role of Software Engineer in August 2004, where they worked until July 2008.

Before joining The Neat Company, Andrew worked at Cross Country TravCorps as a Software Engineer from June 2000 to July 2004. Andrew began their professional journey at Creative Business Technologies as a Junior Engineer in May 1999 and stayed until June 2000.

Throughout their professional trajectory, Andrew has acquired extensive experience in software development, team management, and technical oversight.

Andrew Schaps graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. In September 2018, they obtained several additional certifications, including "Build," "Foundations," and "PMC Level II," from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
