Jim Conroy

Jim Conroy has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 as an intern for U.S Senator Jon Corzine. Jim then transitioned to LEAF Financial Corporation in 2006, where they worked as a Staff Accountant and later became a Senior Financial Analyst and a Portfolio Accounting Manager. In 2010, Jim joined The Neat Company as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, and subsequently held positions as Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations, Director of FP&A, and VP of Finance. Most recently, they became the Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and was recently promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer in October 2022 at The Neat Company.

Jim Conroy attended Georgetown University from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
