Terry Preece

Terry Preece is a Principal Structural Engineer with extensive experience at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council since November 2009. Prior to this role, Terry Preece served as a Senior Structural Engineer at Atkins from September 1998 to November 2009. Terry Preece holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Building Technology and Management from the University of Glamorgan, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
