Thomas Rodemann

Thomas Rodemann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the home appliance industry, currently serving as an Executive Board Member at Vorwerk Group since January 2022. Rodemann has been the Chairman of the Board at Neato Robotics since March 2012, leading innovations in autonomous vacuum cleaning technology. Previous roles include Board Director at Vorwerk International & Co. KmG from January 2017 to December 2021, and CEO of the Kobold Systems Division, where responsibilities encompassed global sales, marketing, and product management. Prior positions at Vorwerk Group included CEO of the Engineering Division and various senior leadership roles in R&D, purchasing, logistics, and IT. Rodemann's foundational experience began with research at the University of Essen, culminating in a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.
