Trent Mikesell

Trent Mikesell currently serves as the ELA/Social Studies Curriculum Specialist for Nebo School District, a position held since August 2006, overseeing secondary ELA and K-12 social studies. Previously, Trent held roles including District Curriculum Specialist and Secondary ELA Teacher, with responsibilities in curriculum development and concurrent enrollment instruction. Additionally, teaching experience spans various English classes at the junior high and high school levels, along with leadership as a department head and mentor for new teachers. Trent has also been an Online Instructor and Teaching Group Leader at Brigham Young University - Idaho since August 2013. Academically, Trent holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brigham Young University and an Ed Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Brigham Young University.
