Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson, M.A., PHR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Nebraska Furniture Mart, a role assumed in February 2021. Prior to this, Rick held the same position at TD Ameritrade for over 12 years, where leadership of a seven-member Talent Acquisition team facilitated strategic staffing initiatives for a large retail distribution call center. Rick's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Relationship Manager at TD Ameritrade, focusing on employee engagement and retention, and as an HR Project Manager at West Corporation, overseeing various HR integration projects. Rick also held multiple human resources leadership positions during a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University and various degrees and training from the USAF in Human Resources Management and related disciplines.
