Sarah Matz

Sarah Matz is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in the retail and real estate development sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Construction Project Manager at Grandscape, a major mixed-use development under Nebraska Furniture Mart since November 2017, Sarah Matz has expertise in overseeing complex projects. Prior experience at JCPenney included roles as Senior Project Manager for Environmental initiatives, Estimating, Construction, and Operations/Technology, where impactful programs such as the Asbestos Management Program were established, and process efficiencies were achieved. Sarah Matz’s foundational experience includes positions at Unistrut Illinois and Sargent & Lundy, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
