Angela Herbert

Angela Herbert serves as the Data Modernization Leader for the State of Nebraska since November 2021, following a distinguished career at Bryan Health, where Angela held various leadership positions, including Director of Quality and Patient Safety and Clinical Informatics Specialist, starting in October 1993 until retirement. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant To The Director Critical Care and Staff Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center from August 1984 to August 1993, focusing on trauma ICU. Angela holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Health Systems/Leadership from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, complemented by foundational studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
