Eric Maly

Director Adult Probation Field Services at State of Nebraska

Eric Maly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and services within the fields of probation and mental health. Currently serving as the Director of Adult Probation Field Services and also holding the position of Alternatives to Incarceration Program Specialist with the State of Nebraska since September 2019, Eric has previously worked as the Director of Program Services at The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri from July 2017 to August 2019. Eric's career includes significant roles at Heartland Alliance, where responsibilities included Director, Associate Director, and Program Manager from November 2005 to June 2017. Earlier experience comprises a Program Manager position at Mental Health and Deafness Resources (2001-2005) and an ESL Instructor role at Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights (1999-2001), as well as a Youth Mentor position at Lighthouse in 1997-1998. Eric holds a Master of Science in Psychology from DePaul University (2000-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1995-1999).
