Jennifer Nettles

Jennifer Nettles currently serves as an MLTC Resource Developer for the State of Nebraska, enrolling agency and independent providers into Medicaid programs. Previously, Jennifer co-owned and operated TotalexposureLLC.com, where responsibilities included building client relationships, sales, marketing, and negotiating contracts. Jennifer has extensive experience with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, holding roles such as Service Coordination Supervisor and Social Services Lead Worker, where expertise was applied in managing teams and streamlining service delivery across various programs. Additional experience includes management positions at Once Upon a Child, client representation at USIS, and substance abuse counseling at First Step Recovery and Wellness Center. Jennifer holds a BA in Human Relations from Doane University and an Associate's Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in drug and alcohol counseling.
