Mike Becher

Mike Becher has extensive experience in facility management, having served at Nebraska Public Power District since August 1987, where the roles include Facility Services Superintendent and Facility Services Supervisor, overseeing the maintenance and supervision of staff for the corporate facility in Columbus and managing owned and leased facilities across Eastern Nebraska. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Framing Foreman at Siebler Construction from May 1986 to August 1987. Mike's educational background includes multiple degrees in HVAC and facility management, with an Associate's degree from Northeast Community College, as well as ongoing studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in Sustainable Facility Professional and Facility Management. Additionally, Mike is pursuing a Building Operators Certification from Central Community College Columbus Campus.
