Troy Barker

Troy Barker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Nebraska Public Power District since November 2009. Prior roles at the same organization include Engineering Programs Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, from November 1998 to 2009, Troy Barker held various engineering positions, including Procurement Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Supplier Quality Engineer. Troy Barker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 1992.
