Chad Herbolsheimer is an experienced professional in the Omaha real estate market, currently serving as Sales Manager at The Home Company (Hubbell Homes of Omaha) since August 2019 and as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Nebraska Realty since July 2017. With a career spanning over 17 years in various sales and management roles, Chad has held positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing at American Energy Advisors, New Home Construction Sales at The Home Company, and Regional Vice President at Oakwood Homes, among others. Chad has a strong commitment to assisting clients in finding new construction or existing homes and navigating the selling process, leveraging extensive industry knowledge gained throughout a diverse career.
