David Matney

David Matney is an accomplished associate broker at Nebraska Realty since December 2019, specializing in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in the Omaha Metro Area. Prior experience includes serving as an associate broker at BHHS Ambassador Real Estate from August 2015 to December 2019, and as a broker/owner at Alliance Real Estate from December 2003 to July 2015, where David was the designated broker for a full-service real estate company. In addition to real estate, David contributed to the field of education as an instructor at the Randall School of Real Estate from June 2008 to November 2016. David's career also includes roles in sales at TD Ameritrade, as a platoon leader in the Nebraska Army National Guard, and as an infantry member and instructor in the United States Marine Corps. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned between 1989 and 1994.
