Erika Lopera is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background in managing organizational strategies and operational efficiencies. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Countertops 101 since June 2022, Erika oversees operating costs and resource calculations. Previously, as Human Resources Director at CECOL Contracting from December 2015 to June 2022, Erika led a global HR strategy, managing recruitment, talent development, and personnel selection. Erika also has experience as a Business Developer and Micro Lending Specialist from 2013 to 2015, where assistance was provided to small businesses in securing funding. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Hildebrando Colombia from June 2011 to July 2013, focusing on human capital management and training initiatives. Erika holds a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Central Bogota, an Expert in Strategic Management from FUNIBER, and is currently pursuing a degree in General Construction/Remodeling at Metropolitan Community College.
