Megan Heimes

Megan Heimes is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing for both Nebraska Realty and Embarc Realty since June 2024. Previously, Megan held the positions of Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager at Percipio Partners from January 2023 to May 2024. Notable prior experience includes a Senior Project Lead role at Ervin & Smith and various marketing and communications roles at Nelnet from August 2018 to March 2022, along with a position at Spreetail. Megan's career began in the University of Nebraska Lincoln Athletic Department, where Megan was the Captain of the Nebraska Cheer Team. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and ongoing coursework toward a Master of Business Administration at Wayne State College, anticipated completion in May 2025.
