Nancy Laughlin-Wagner is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in population health and patient care services. Currently serving as Vice President of Population Health at Nebraska Total Care since July 2021, Nancy has held significant roles including Vice President of Patient Care Services at Catholic Health Initiatives and Chief Executive Officer at Select Specialty Hospital. With a strong foundation in clinical and operational leadership, positions at Nebraska Health Network, Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital, and Creighton University Medical Center contributed to expertise in nursing, surgical services, and supply chain management. Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Clarkson College and Bachelor's degrees in Nursing from Creighton University and Family Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
