Judith Millesen

Judith Millesen is currently serving as the Dean of Graduate Programs and Strategic Partnerships at Nebraska Wesleyan University, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Judith Millesen was a Professor at Ohio University from September 2000 to July 2022 and also held the position of Professor and MPA Director at the College of Charleston from January 2018 to June 2022. Judith Millesen earned a PhD in Public Administration from the University at Albany between 1996 and 2003, an MPA from the University of Hartford from 1995 to 1996, and a BS in Business from Stockton University from 1980 to 1984.
